Eshai was inspired by our love for traditional teas, so honouring these authentic blends will always be central to our philosophy and our way of life. Since Eshai's beginning, we have been testing, tasting and perfecting our traditional recipes to bring genuine and delectable flavours to you.

Perfectly recreating the high-quality flavours of each culture's traditional tea is paramount for Eshai. In this quest, we leave no stone unturned. Our formula is simple but exact – we source the precise tea leaves used by each culture (as each tea has its own distinct flavour) and match them with a precise selection of herbs, fruit, flowers, and spices. Applying a mix of research, tradition, and science, we then blend them in accordance with age-old recipes. After so much hard work and dedication, we are honoured to be able to declare that most of our traditional teas have been taste-tested by representatives from their respective cultures and given the nod of approval.

As much as we love tradition, we also love innovation. So, we did not stop at our traditional blends. We asked ourselves, if we were to take the traditional flavours and re-imagine them, what would the teas taste like? How could we hold on to all the best parts of each tea's culture, while also filling it with the best the modern era has to offer?

Conjured, as they are, from our collective imagination, we've followed no rules with them.
