What delivery carrier does Eshai use?
All domestic and international orders are dispatched from our tea lab and blending house, based in the hinterland of Byron Bay, Australia and delivered with Australia Post.
What are my delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery for all orders delivered in Australia, using Australia Post’s Parcel Post service. As we are based outside of the Australia Post Express Post Network, at this stage we cannot not offer Express Delivery.
Our domestic deliveries:
- Free for orders over $70
- $9.95 for orders under $70
- Arrive in 3 - 7 business days
Eshai ships to most destinations around the world using Australia Post Standard International Economy trackable service.
Our international deliveries:
- Free for orders over $135
- $30 for orders under $135
- Arrive in 8 - 25 business days
All orders are shipped from our tea lab and blending house based in the hinterland of Byron Bay, Australia. All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs import duties, foreign taxes or other fees. These may be payable upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Please note: for both domestic and international delivery, some items are taking a little longer than usual due to Australia Post’s high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Please be patient and expect to wait longer than the times listed above.

Can I have my order sent to a PO Box?
You sure can! We deliver to any postal address that Australia Post services as part of their Parcel Post Standard Delivery domestic service and their Standard International Economy trackable service.
When will my order be dispatched?
We process and dispatch orders during business days from Monday – Friday, except for national holidays. We aim to process and dispatch all orders from our blending house within 1-3 business days from the time the order is confirmed. This allows us to blend and package your teas fresh to order. Be aware that orders may take a little longer to prepare and dispatch during holidays.
We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Clicking/tapping on the tracking number located in your email will take you to the Australia Post website. Here, you can keep an eye on the location and progress of your order.
When you purchase as an Eshai Tea Tribe member, we'll also add a link to your order details page, making it super easy for you check your order status from your Tea Tribe account.
If you've got your order confirmation but have not received an order dispatch email after three business days, please contact us to let us know.
When will my order arrive?
We blend and package our teas fresh to order, so parcels are generally dispatched from our blending house within 1 - 3 business days of order confirmation. Once dispatched, it's up to Australia Post to get the parcel delivered to you. Please be aware, orders may take a little longer to process and deliver during holidays.
We use Australia Post's Parcel Post Standard Delivery service for domestic orders, and this typically takes 3 - 7 business days (the exact time depends on whether you're in a metro, regional, or remote area). You can visit the Australia Post website to get up-to-date delivery timeframes for metro, regional, and remote areas within Australia.
Please note: Some items may take a little longer than usual to deliver due to Australia Post's high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
We use Australia Post's Standard International Economy trackable service for all our international orders. International delivery times differ depending on your region. However, Australia Post offers an estimated window of 8 - 25 business days. Keep in mind, this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.
Please note: Due to the COVID-19, many services are experiencing restrictions and disruptions, so it may take longer than usual to receive your parcel. For any delivery issues, please contact Australia Post with the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
Tracking your order with Australia Post
You can track every step of your precious package's journey with Australia Post. The moment we dispatch your order, we'll shoot you over a confirmation email with a tracking number. Clicking/tapping on this tracking number will take you to the Australia Post website where you can keep an eye on the progress of your parcel. When you purchase as an Eshai Tea Tribe member, we'll also add a link to your order details page, making it super easy for you check your order status directly from your Tea Tribe account.
Will my international order go through customs?
All international orders have to be cleared through customs. However, we cannot tell you the customs processing time as it varies from country to country. The international delivery timeframe we provide is a guide only and does not include any time your parcel may spend with customs.
Please note: Our delivery charge does not cover any international customs import duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be payable upon delivery. If you are unsure whether any fees apply in your country, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
GST is included in the total purchase price for Australian orders.
If you're located outside of Australia, then your international order will not include the local Goods and Services Tax (GST). It's also important to note that Eshai is not liable for any customs import duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. So, depending on where you are located, these may be payable upon delivery. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we're unable to offer you any details regarding what you might be charged. To get an idea of whether you will be liable for any customs-related fees or charges, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
How do I track my order?
When we dispatch your order, we will also send you an email with your delivery information and a link to track your order online.
If you purchased as an Eshai Tea Tribe member, we'll add a link to the order details page making it easy to keep an eye on your parcel's journey from your Tea Tribe account. All you need to do is sign into your Tea Tribe account and click/tap on 'Orders.' Once on your Orders page, select the order you wish to track, then click/tap 'Track Order' to see when your parcel will arrive.
Please note: It may take a few days after you place your order for the tracking information to become available.
Why haven't I received my order yet?
We're sorry you're experiencing a delay with your order. If your parcel hasn't yet arrived, the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, and you're unable to track your order, please get in touch with us and we will sort it out for you.
My order is being delivered to the wrong address! What can I do?
Not to worry! If you accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout, you can re-direct your order if you catch it before it's delivered. You'll need to visit the Australia Post website and follow the steps provided. To save time, make sure you pull up the tracking details we sent you in your dispatch email as this information will be required. If you made your order as a Tea Tribe member, you can access this by selecting 'Orders' from your Tea Tribe account. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
