Can I pay for my order with multiple payment methods?
No – payment for orders cannot be split between multiple payment methods. However, a gift card may be used in combination with another form of payment if it doesn't cover the order total.
What currency does Eshai use for online purchases?
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and you will likewise be charged in Australian dollars
How do I use my Eshai Gift Card?
Eshai digital gift cards can be used to pay or part-pay for your order. Simply enter your gift card code in the field provided under the block titled 'Summary' in your shopping bag or at checkout. Then click/tap 'Apply' to redeem.
Eshai Tea Tribe members can check the balance, status, expiry dates and transaction history of gift cards in their Tea Tribe account. If you're not already a member, join the Tea Tribe today.
How do I use a promo code?
It's easy to claim special offers with Eshai's promo codes. Simply enter your promo code in the field provided under the block titled 'Summary' in your shopping bag or at checkout. Then click/tap 'Apply' to redeem.
I’m not sure if my payment went through, how can I check?
If you found yourself on an order confirmation page after you checked out, and you received an order confirmation email, then you can rest assured that your payment went through successfully. If you’re still a little concerned, you can check your bank statement for the relevant charge, and if all else fails, please feel free to contact us.
