What is Eshai's returns policy?

We take pride in lovingly sourcing and crafting our teas and products, so it is important to us that you're as crazy about them as we are. If you're not feeling the love, we'll find a way to make it right. So, you can shop with confidence knowing we've got your back!

Change of Mind

We want you to be 100% happy, so we do accept returns for change of mind. The following criteria must be met to receive a refund if you change your mind about an order:

  • You must return the product within 30 days of the date you received your online order
  • The product must be in its original saleable condition
  • You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase

If these criteria are met, we will return your funds to the original payment method or issue an Eshai Gift Card. Keep in mind that gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

Not What You Expected?

Didn't love your new purchase? No drama! If you feel you have been shipped a product that doesn't meet your expectations, talk to us! We want you to love our products as much as we do, and we hope you'll be with us for life. So, we're always happy to hear your views and work with you to find a solution.

Faulty Product

We stand behind our teas and products. If you believe an item in your order may be defective or faulty or does not match its description, a refund will be made to your original payment method or an Eshai Gift Card will be issued. Talk to us and we will get it sorted for you.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Eshai does not cover the delivery fees for returning an order unless you receive an incorrect item or the item is proven faulty.

Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please work with the gift giver if you need to return any items.

Can I exchange my Eshai order?

The best way to exchange your order is to return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the item you want. Keep in mind, you will need to meet the criteria outlined in our returns policy to be eligible for a refund.

How do I return my Eshai order?

It's important to us that you're delighted with your tea delivery. If you would like to make a return, please contact us and we will get it sorted for you.

How will I be refunded?

Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund request. If the criteria are met, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Depending on the type of return, we will either credit the credit/debit card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase or we will award you an Eshai Gift Card. Your refund includes the total value of any returned items.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund request will be processed within 4 business days of receipt at our tea lab and blending house. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 10 business days. We'll send you an email to let you know when we've issued the refund.
